Small fissures, natural inclusions, tonal differences, and subtle irregularities are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, contains a manufacturing defect, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Returns

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the vessel must not have been used, filled, altered, or sealed.

Natural Variations

Each Holy Earth vessel is handcrafted from natural archaeological earth and ancient desert sands. Variations in color, texture, markings, tonal differences, and other naturally occurring characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Because no two vessels are ever identical, the appearance of the vessel received may differ from the photographs shown on this website.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of dignity, safety, and the personal nature of memorial products, vessels that have contained cremated remains, have been sealed, or show signs of use cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
